Getting your certificates
Please get to the registration application at http://bit.ly/2EKzOEJ. Log in and you will find a tab for downloading your certificate of attendance and presentation.
How to register
To register, please start the registration process by following this link (Expired) . You will have first to register as a user of the registration platform, and then log in to perform your registration process.

Registration Fees
The registration fee allows you to attend the ISCRAM2019 conference (4 days), including:
- Sunday, May 19: 4 workshops plus the Doctoral Colloquium

Coffee and light lunch are included.
- Monday, May 20 to Wednesday, May 22: sessions, keynote speeches, and panel discussions
Coffee breaks and lunches are included.
- Social Program
The Social program includes three events:

- Sunday, May 19: Welcoming Reception at the Contrapunto Terrace, in the Palau de les Arts (Opera House) building
- Monday, May 20: 1st ISCRAM Paella Workshop at the Castle of Benissanó.
- Tuesday, May 21: Conference Dinner at the Veles e Vents space at the Marina Real, Valencia.
All three events are included in the registration fee, although a small confirmation fee will be required (see below).

*only the honorary members (those who paid for three years and those who have just renewed their membership can benefit from the “ISCRAM Member” fee). Other registrants should choose the “New ISCRAM Member” option to renew the ISCRAM Association membership for 2019.
** Members who have legal residence in one of the countries in this list are entitled to pay a reduced membership fee.
***Those who do not want to become ISCRAM members can register choosing the “Non ISCRAM member” option.
****These are fees for those participants wishing to attend only to one or more Workshops to be held on Sunday May, 19. It does not include Sunday’s Welcoming Reception (an extra ticket should be purchased separately).

Important notes
For paper and posters (co-)authors. To include a paper/poster in the Conference Proceedings, at least one “original” registration (i.e., not linked to another paper) must be associated to it before April 20, 2019. Additional papers/posters to be presented by the same attendee will generate extra charges in the registration fee. Neither demonstrations nor doctoral consortium posters will be subject to extra charges.

Invitation letters
Attendees are advised to contact their nearest embassy, consulate, or travel agency for information about the passport and visa requirements from their country for entry to Spain.
Authors of papers, posters or demonstrations:
To request an invitation letter, send an email to iscram2019@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your Title
- Your Company/Institution
- Your Address
- Your Country
Also, include a copy of your paid conference registration receipt.
Please note we cannot provide an invitation letter without all of this information. Failure to provide this information can delay processing of your invitation letter.
