Open Track

Potential themes can be (but not limited to) innovations for crisis/disaster management,  such as blockchains, ad hoc decision support systems, distributed coordination mechanisms, etc.

If you email us the title and abstract of your contribution, we will assess whether it could fit in some specific track or otherwise provide your counsel for how best to emphasize the unique nature of your work.

Jose Julio Cabeza Gonzalez
University of Agder, Norway

José Julio González is professor at the University of Agder, Norway. He founded and directed 2011-2014 the Centre for Integrated Emergency Management (CIEM). He acts as programme co-chair for ISCRAM2019. He has worked on resilience, Critical Infrastructure protection, information security, security and safety management as PI and coordinator in national and international research projects.

Hossein Baharmand
University of Agder, Norway

Hossein Baharmand is a researcher at the Centre for Integrated Emergency Management (CIEM) at the University of Agder, Norway. His expertise is decision support systems in humanitarian logistics and supply chain. He is very much interested in the applications of innovative solutions such as blockchains, IoT and big data analytics to the contexts of emergency and disaster management.
